Making it's way around the internet.   Don't know how accurate it is but I would NOT be surprised at all if it were true.

Stabenow (D-MI)

IS YOUR SENATOR ON THIS LIST?

> In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.  The Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads:  "To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty."  The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms.  The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry, now get this, on all private guns and ammo.

Our Great Mission

Matthew 28:18-20

If you’re a believer, you are part of the awesome body of Christ, which is called to bring His light to the world both individually and corporately. Though many see the church as a social organization, that’s not what the Bible says it is. Sometimes we forget that our purpose isn’t simply to have fellowship, sing, preach, and worship. Jesus entrusted us with good news of the true life He offers to everyone. This calling isn’t just for foreign “missionaries”—it’s for every believer. Your mission field includes your family, friends, coworkers, and perhaps even a people group God puts on your heart, often right in your community.

Before returning to heaven, Jesus gave His disciples the Great Commission, in which He promised to be with believers to the end of the age. That pledge still stands. He doesn’t send us out to do His work on our own. Vowing never to leave us, He gave the assurance that all tasks He assigns will be achieved through us by His Holy Spirit.

What an honor to be included in the Lord’s redemptive plan for the world! He invites you to have a vital part in His kingdom work of transforming what is broken and giving new life. Everything you do in obedience is an opportunity for His Spirit to work powerfully through you!

He is still speaking His message of assurance to us: You’ll have Me as your companion, your captain, your victory. You’ll have Me as your resource, your energy, your anointing. Everything you need, you’ll find in Me. How does recognizing the greatness of your calling change the way you see your daily life?

Stacy Swimp~ Republicans Who Have Blatantly Surrendered to Homosexual & Stealth Jihad Agenda #MIGOP #Rightmi #Michigan

Ron Dwyer~
Really, one's race should be irrelevant especially when we share the same beliefs in family, religion and Country. However since the Democrats and Establishment Republicans inject race it is noted that:

Stacy Swimp is an African American Conservative Activist

who states the following~

"In Case You Are Not Keeping Record: The Following Are the Republicans Who Have Blatantly Surrendered to the Homosexual and Stealth Jihad Agenda (By Virtue of their attacks on Dave Agema) Republican National Chair Reince Priebus Michigan Republican Party Chair Bobby Schostak Michigan Attorney General. Bill Schuette Terri Lynn Land, GOP Senatorial Candidate U.S. Rep. Fred Upton, R-St. Joseph U.S. Rep. Dave Camp, R-Midland U.S. Tim Walberg, R-Tipton U.S. Rep. Candice Miller, R-Harrison Township U.S. Rep. U.S. Rep Mike Rogers, R-Brighton U.S. Rep. Bill Huizenga, R-Zeeland U.S. Rep. U.S. Rep Justin Amash, R-Cascade Township Senate Majority Leader Randy Richardville, R-Monore State Sen. Roger Kahn, R-Saginaw State Rep. Kurt Heise, R-Plymouth Township David Trott, Republican candidate for Michigan's Eleventh Congressional District Brian Ellis, Republican candidate for Michigan's Third Congressional District Ferndale Mayor David Coulter David Worthams, Kalamazoo County GOP Chair.

Note: What you must remember is that, if you continue to stand behind those who are not committed to your platform and values, you enable the false notion that they have, which is that the constituency of the GOP will follow them no matter what they do or don't do. That is precisely the attitude that President Barack Obama has towards the American people. You must identify this mentality among your own ranks and decide whether you will continue empowering it. (It doesn't matter to me what anyone says about me or what they bring up. I will not be silent and not duck and run. This is a fight for the future of our children's children. Not just the future of the GOP or any political ideology or group! )" He continues:

"Do Blacks and Hispanics Lack Family Values? Friends, this is an article I wrote last year, in response to Paul Welday saying that the MIGOP “cannot win without making significant inroads into non-white voting blocs.”

Welday suggested that the way for the MIGOP to do so is to change its position on issues such as abortion and same sex marriage by being silent on these issues, if not permissive. By associating this with outreach to "non-whites", he suggested these groups lack family values. I would go so far as to say that those who are calling for Agema's resignation are saying Evangelical Christians in general lack a proper understanding of American and family values, in light of what they themselves are asserting about Agema and, ultimately, all who support him.

To quote Welday: "If gay people want to formalize their relationships, we should look at this as more an affirmation of our values than an assault on our liberties.”

This is the perspective that is starting to permeate in the MIGOP leadership, starting with Bobby Schotak and, apparently, Gov. Synder. This is the message be spread by Dennis Lennox and Republicans across the nation who are still calling for Dave Agema to resign. What they are really is affirmation of same sex marriage and of ideals that threaten the future of our Judeo Christian values in America. It should be noted that it is the leader of the Pro Same Sex Marriage "Log Cabin Republican" and Lennox who are being quoted in the Detroit News today in condemnation of Dave Agema.

I did not know until today that Terri Lynn Land also has joined the ranks of those have publicly come out against Dave Agema, confirming her surrender to the above stated agenda which seeks affirmation. Please read this article I wrote, as it will also provide you deep insight into the nature of the current cultural and moral collapse you are seeing before your very eyes in the MIGOP and RNC:

http://stacyswimp.net/2013/02/19/do-blacks-and-hispanics-lack-morals-and-family-values/  "

GOP in fear of Constitutional Conservatives taking over the Party, as they swing further to the left?

The acts of the GOP and the MRP attack on Dave and calling for putting the gay agenda as a plank on the platform  tells me that they see the handwriting on the wall and are more then happy to stop Constitutional conservatives by destroying the GOP rather then to have us triumph, preferring the left and the ever growing Federal Government power.

Stand strong but gentle Dave!

The ultimate victory will not be won by the wicked. The "gentle" will win. —Chuck Swindoll

Gently stand up against the onslaught of evil, repenting of this darkness being appeased~

"...Even though from all outward appearances it seems the wicked are winning, it won't last. They prosper in their way, their schemes work, their cheating and lying and unfair treatment of others appear to pay off. They just seem to get richer and become more and more powerful. But God says it won't be forever (Psalm 37:7–11). The ultimate victory will not be won by the wicked. The "gentle" will win.

Believe that truth! Be different from the system! Trust your heavenly Father to keep His promise regarding your inheritance. It is you who will be blessed.

"No idea of the [tax code] benefits"! | FairTax Friday

"The difference between death and taxes is death doesn't get worse every time Congress meets." - Will Rogers

"No Idea Of The Benefits"

It's January and Americans are looking for receipts and lost documentation in their annual quest to prepare their yearly tax return. Arguments will ensure, relationships will sour and health will decline. Are you having fun yet?

Have you started dealing with the significant changes that went into effect for 2013? Not to worry though, National Taxpayer Advocate Nina Olson said, "The complexities of the tax code are only affecting those of us trying to read it. Tax software makes a lot of those complexities invisible to the average taxpayer." I'm comforted, aren't you?

She went on to say, "As a result, taxpayers might not realize they're being helped by a wide array of deductions and credits. "They have no idea of the benefits they are getting through the tax code."

Wow, now we are getting benefits from the tax code!

I'm continually amazed at the way Washington "spins" tax code changes. First, Congressional leaders point to the code's growing complexity. Congress then passes changes (you'll have to read the legislation to know what's in it because they are too busy to read it themselves), followed by the executive branch spinning the "benefits".

You know better, though, don't you? After all, you are FairTax® smart. You know the only benefits in the tax code are those carved out by special interests. You know that taxpayers are always the perennial losers when it comes to America's income tax code.

That's why a group of dedicated FairTax supporters are on their way to Washington this weekend to meet with Members of Congress and their staff. For two days, they plan to further educate them about the benefits of HR 25, the FairTax Act of 2013.

That's also why the Letters to the Editor/Opinion Editorial team, led by Glen Terrell, has redoubled their efforts in making sure that the FairTax message is spread far and wide in newspapers, magazines and bogs.

Members of the House Ways and Means Committee will soon vote on tax reform. We await their vote on HR 25. It is imperative that every member of Congress knows the magnitude of support the FairTax has across America.

Have you contacted your elected representatives to share with them where you stand on the FairTax? If so, did you only contact their Washington office?

We know that Member's district directors (DD's) also report on what issues constituents are contacting them about at the local level. Some DD's have told us they rarely hear about the FairTax, yet we know you are contacting the Representative's Washington office.

Have you gone on your Member's Facebook page and weighed in on the "benefits" you derive from the tax code versus why you support the FairTax plan? Please take 5 extra minutes and call your Representative's Washington and district offices.

And, please do it today. Thank you.

Until next week,

 Cynthia T. Canevaro - Cindy

The FairTax Act In The Media

Yes, the 'FairTax' is fairAdvisor and Source Newspapers

There is not a single worker in today's workforce who has ever known a time when a percentage of their earnings were not taken out of their paycheck and sent directly to the federal government…

There is now a reform movement gaining momentum across the country that proposes eliminating income taxes altogether, along with most business taxes, and replacing them with a single retail sales tax on new product purchases along with some services. This national sales tax is called the "FairTax" because it will eliminate the punitive nature of taxing productivity and replace it with a simpler, fairer tax on consumption on those who can afford to spend money. But what about those who cannot afford to spend money on anything but the "necessities"? What prevents this tax from being regressive is the "prebate" element of the proposal that essentially exempts spending up to a certain level from being taxed, ensuring that lower income workers are not disproportionately affected. So while a national sales tax may at first glance appear to be unappealing, after a closer look and considering the fact that it would replace all income taxes, payroll taxes, gift taxes and estate taxes, as well as most business taxes that inhibit investment and job creation, the FairTax is gaining supporters across the country as well as in Congress.

HR 25 (The FairTax Act of 2013) currently has 73 co-sponsors in Congress. We are well on the way to having support for major tax reform in our lifetime, and if we demand change from the do-nothing Congress in Washington, we can achieve fundamental reform. But we the people must raise our voices in unison and demand real, meaningful reform that does not just temporarily tweak the existing system, but reform that will fundamentally alter the way the federal government is funded…

Yes, I do think the FairTax is fair, and it is time that we ask Congress to vote on and pass real tax reform.

Shooting from the hip

TAC founder Michael Boldin on a problem we're having.

I don't know how else to put this

I'm not really good at being a politician, because I generally despise them.  So all I can do is shoot straight from the hip. I hope you can appreciate my honesty.

Today, the Tenth Amendment Center received a direct attack by the George Soros-funded ThinkProgress - a major establishment organization with tens of millions of dollars at their disposal.

If we don't get some help  taking these people on, we're in some big trouble.  We just can't keep going on like this, begging to barely get by.

please help us HERE:  http://rally.org/tenthamendmentcenter

Here are some choice quotes about TAC at ThinkProgress today:

"radical tactics"
"makes John Calhoun look like a moderate"
"They fear the federal government with pathological intensity"
our goal is "burning it down"

They basically warned people to not work with us because we are so dangerous to the future of the country.

HERE'S OUR SERIOUS PROBLEM:

The TAC is operated from a spare bedroom, now a home office, in my apartment.  We're going head to head with the NSA, gun control, Obamacare, and George Freaking Soros.

We are struggling to raise a mere $30,000, and are actually 4 thousand SHORT!  But with that little, we've still had so much impact that this Soros group is attacking us.

30 thousand vs 40 million.  This is David v Goliath.  We'll continue taking them on, but you know what?  30K isn't really going to cut it.  4 more thousand gets us to our baseline goal - so we can stay open.  We really need significantly more than that.

Please help us out in a big way right now:
http://rally.org/tenthamendmentcenter

I'm working 80+ hours almost every week.  I recently put in 17 days without one off - I got to the point that I put in so many hours that I was brought to tears a few times.

Mike Maharrey, our communications director - works a good 50 hours a week and makes $700 a month.  7 hundred.  That's embarrassing.  He has to keep a part time job at 4 in the morning so he can pay his bills.  We should all be thanking him for his dedication.

Amanda Bowers, our outreach director - she's working 30 hours a week, I think. Probably more. She makes $600 a month.

Other team members like Shane Trejo and Jeff Stewart make $100 or $150 a week.

Basically, everyone's a volunteer.

While I'm very grateful for all these good folks - and other people who donate their time, facts are facts - people CANNOT volunteer their time like this forever.

Maharrey - there's no way he can continue this pace.  No way.  Eventually, he'll have to quit.

In fact, that's just what happened with one of our original volunteers this week, Lesley Swann.  She's put in hundreds of volunteer hours - and had to step down to take care of her health.  She doesn't have the time to keep a job, take care of her family life, her health - and be in the loop of all the things we're working on.  No way.  If we could afford to hire her away from her day job, we'd have one of the best activists in the country.

But people need to pay their rent. I know I do.

I'll ask again.  PLEASE HELP US.
here:  http://rally.org/tenthamendmentcenter

There are TEN STATES with bills to thwart the NSA, that's why the establishment is attacking us.

There are EIGHT STATES taking on Obamacare with more coming, that's why the establishment is attacking us.

There are TEN STATES taking on federal gun control, with more coming. That's why the establishment is attacking us.

Last week, the SC house voted 100-ZERO - to virtually ban drones without a warrant. This will kill that program, because the only way for it to take off is through unrestricted use. Yesterday, an NH house committee voted unanimously to approve an anti-NDAA indefinite detention bill.

We're doing this on less than 30 thousand dollars.  When I think about that, it blows my mind. There's no way we can keep this up without getting to another level financially.  We don't need their millions, but yeah, it costs money to do what we're doing.

We run ad campaigns to get people active in support of nullification bills.  They work. We report on legislation, put together handbooks to explain the legal principles to legislators, deal with media requests, write op-ed articles in major publications, organize grassroots events, publish books and DVD's and a lot more.

If we were at $50K or $100K, we could afford to keep Mike Maharrey on - and Amanda could work more time.  We could run bigger action campaigns and increase the # of bills that we will get passed this year.  We could get ourselves in the major media MORE OFTEN - because we could afford a few hundred dollars a month in PR from a great firm that has offered us discounted rates.

In other words - if we were just at 1/5 of 1% of the fundraising of ThinkProgress, we could move mountains.

Can you give us $10?  Or $1000?

PLEASE HELP US.  I want this to continue.  I hope you do too.
here:  http://rally.org/tenthamendmentcenter

Can you give us $10,000 or more?  Please call, 213.935.0553 and let's make it happen.

Wish us luck, and thank you for everything.

PS - THANK YOU for getting us this far.  I never imagined us getting to the point that TAC was so big we couldn't manage the work to do. We are way beyond that point, and I hope with all my heart that you believe in us enough to help us carry on.

A full assault by the Nationalist De Tat via party planks in School.

This is a full assault of the Nationalist Coup de tat:

The use of the educating of public schools to fulfill the political planks of a party, of the Beast itself.

Tom McMillin~

"Today it was reported that the MI State Board of Education:
"- Discussed the process of developing and implementing the Next Generation Science Standards."

WELL - the "Next Generation Science Standards" are already developed by another private entity (like Common Core is), it is the continued nationalization of our education system...and is replete with "man-made global warming" as factual throughout.

Here is what Gongwer reporting agency reported about part of today's MI State Board of Ed mtg:

"SCIENCE STANDARDS: School districts will also see new science standards by the end of the year.

The department is planning to have a final version of the Next Generation Science Standards [determined and copyrighted by Achieve, Inc.] to the board by November, Mr. Flanagan said.

Some board members raised concerns that the time was excessive given that the board, through presentations and public comment, had been discussing the issue for several months, but Mr. Flanagan and others said there was still work needed to be sure the new standards would align with the Common Core State Standards and other things going on in the state.

Ms. Weiser said there had been concerns raised not only that the standards did not align with the Common Core, but that their narrowed focus left out some topics students would need for college. She said those and other questions would need to be answered before the board should approve them.
Mr. Flanagan said there were concerns at the department level of having the time to get those questions answered given the other issues staff are addressing if the deadline was moved up, particularly considering recent trends of both the board and the Legislature adding items to the department's task list with shorter deadlines.""

Constitution's Article Five use for back to Constitutional Conduct

Constitution's Article Five use for back to Constitutional Conduct~

The only way to vote for someone who has any Nationalist plank in their platform is if the unconstitutional conduct is being used to work our way back to Constitutional Conduct.  If we have something we want to keep that is unconstitutional, we can put it up for a vote of the States' legislatures to keep or not to keep, through the use of Article Five of the Constitution.

Want to keep regulation of something, make it a Constitutional law or stop.  We have regulation of food and have better living through chemical engineering and a company like Monsanto becoming a beast.  It is a State power to control all property within the State, including the use of chemicals.  However, provisions to protect State Sovereignty, such as an opt out clause be put  in all kept regulation by Article Five, that it can be a State power to refuse, making it voluntary compliance.

The last thing we need to do is cut the safety net first

There are extenuating circumstance that does say we must not pull out the safety net when the law is such to kill jobs. We are now over 50% unemployed or under employed. When we place a 22% excise tax on our own domestic goods by using the IRS production tax code in a free trade environment, you lose all your manufacturing to importers. How can anyone survive on incomes that don't exist or so suppressed by government laws?

The Federal Reserve squashed employment by maintaining a 5% or higher unemployment pool in order to keep corporations from having to pay a reasonable fair wage created by wage inflation. Workers in the USA have continued to lose ground and we have gone from one wage earner sustaining a family to almost 3 today.

Time to change, not dig in as the darkness envelopes us.

Why not make all of the USA a promise zone and change the tax structure to a consumption tax, FairTax!

The path off this precarious limb the USA is on:
