Local control of any gun Ban request

Seems if the data base for clearance to buy a gun should be the one that measures No fly or terrorist. Matter of fact, why aren't they one? Let it be known that the terrorist watch list has listed Patriots for the Constitution. Best to bring it all back home and let us get involved, by letting the local gun board be the deciders of who cannot buy a gun, in all listings. Or declare war.
