Newt Stand's with the Providential Mantle of our Window in Time

Constitutional conduct and FairTax please~

Presently Newt has given up Toffler and has endorsed the 10th Amendment Plan and has chosen to return us to Constitutional Powers Enumerated Mandate and liberate social entitlements to we the people: giving back to the States their Responsibility and Power; bringing the 9th Amendment to the Family Castles, bring Home Liberty. Newt has put FairTaxer Herman Cain into the Economic Advisory Committee. Newt will end all Czars. On and on it goes.

When Liberty found by our Founders, and nurtured by 200 years of justice, comes to harm by ignoring the Law of the Land, discipline must be applied by the Executive to Remedy by bitting the harness of Constitutional Conduct, fiscally afforded by removing production tax from domestic product price.

Newt has, in his wisdom attained by all his endeavors, reached the pinnacle of providential Truth in all Wisdom measured: Knowing the Federalist was the answer, while mapping a path of failure to lead us back.

Now we stand before the window in History, where we either keep our focus in the box, or get outside of it all to look at our plight and why.  What to do now is the answer Newt Envisions, our crossroad of Truth having passed onto him the Mantle of Providential Blessing, this manna from Heaven, the Truth by Reviewing all sides, by getting out of the box, or by keeping the Beast view in this box, statist quo straight ahead.

Rev. Wildmon: Palin Right, Newt Is 'Crucified' by Romney Allies

Breaking News from Newsmax.com

Rev. Wildmon: Palin Is Right, Newt Being 'Crucified'

One of the nation's most influential Christian and family leaders, the Rev. Donald E. Wildmon, says Sarah Palin is right, Newt Gingrich is being "crucified" by the Republican establishment and forces allied with Mitt Romney.

Wildmon, founder of the American Family Association, has strongly endorsed Gingrich for president, and this week has been urging fellow believers to vote in Florida's primary for the former House Speaker.

Wildmon has spent decades on the front-lines of the battle to protect American families and says Gingrich is the best choice for Christian conservatives who want a president to stand against a rising tide of secularism and anti-Christian sentiment.

On Thursday, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin stated on the Fox Business channel: "Look at Newt Gingrich, what's going on with him via the establishment's attacks. They're trying to crucify this man and rewrite history and rewrite what it is that he has stood for all these years."

In an interview with Newsmax Friday, Wildmon told Newsmax "That's very tough language. But I think it's probably pretty accurate."

Wildmon said Gingrich is up against entrenched political forces who are "absolutely" trying to dictate who wins the GOP nomination.

"The mainstream media and the established Republicans would rather have anybody than Newt," Wildmon said. "This is what really worries them. [Thursday] they went on a rampage, got five or six well known people, former colleagues of his, criticizing him. They're going after him. That's going to be his biggest obstacle to overcome."

Asked why he didn't endorse former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum, as have several other Christian leaders, Wildmon replied: "You're basically going to vote for the man you think can do the best job. I believe that Newt, of all the candidates, can do a better job of getting the country back to where it's supposed to be."

Wildmon has also stated that Gingrich passes two key criteria: he's the only candidate who can defeat both Mitt Romney and Barack Obama.

Rev. Wildmon is aware that some have criticized Gingrich for his personal life and "baggage."

But Wildmon says he has met privately with Gingrich and believes he is a changed man and has accepted Christ as his savior.

"I think it's genuine and sincere," Wildmon told Newsmax, "Only Newt and God know his heart. But by every visible aspect, I think it's genuine."

Wildmon also expressed grave doubts about the strength of former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney's commitment to social issues that Christians care about.

Wildmon asserted that Romney "will not be reliable. Romney is Obama-lite."

The conservative family advocate said the stakes in the 2012 election are huge. "If we lose this race," he said, "if Mr. Obama gets a second term, or if Mr. Romney gets in, it's the end of Western civilization as we know it."

Wildmon added that he gives the former House Speaker a 50-50 chance of winning the nomination, due to the powerful establishment interests arrayed against him.

Cannibals in GOP Establishment Employ Tactics of the Left ~Sarah Palin

We have witnessed something very disturbing this week. The Republican establishment which fought Ronald Reagan in the 1970s and which continues to fight the grassroots Tea Party movement today has adopted the tactics of the left in using the media and the politics of personal destruction to attack an opponent.

We will look back on this week and realize that something changed. I have given numerous interviews wherein I espoused the benefits of thorough vetting during aggressive contested primary elections, but this week’s tactics aren’t what I meant. Those who claim allegiance to Ronald Reagan’s 11th Commandment should stop and think about where we are today. Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater, the fathers of the modern conservative movement, would be ashamed of us in this primary. Let me make clear that I have no problem with the routine rough and tumble of a heated campaign. As I said at the first Tea Party convention two years ago, I am in favor of contested primaries and healthy, pointed debate. They help focus candidates and the electorate. I have fought in tough and heated contested primaries myself. But what we have seen in Florida this week is beyond the pale. It was unprecedented in GOP primaries. I’ve seen it before – heck, I lived it before – but not in a GOP primary race.

I am sadly too familiar with these tactics because they were used against the GOP ticket in 2008. The left seeks to single someone out and destroy his or her record and reputation and family using the media as a channel to dump handpicked and half-baked campaign opposition research on the public. The difference in 2008 was that I was largely unknown to the American public, so they had no way of differentiating between the lies and the truth. All of it came at them at once as “facts” about me. But Newt Gingrich is known to us – both the good and the bad.

We know that Newt fought in the trenches during the Reagan Revolution. As Rush Limbaugh pointed out, Newt was among a handful of Republican Congressman who would regularly take to the House floor to defend Reagan at a time when conservatives didn’t have Fox News or talk radio or conservative blogs to give any balance to the liberal mainstream media. Newt actually came at Reagan’s administration “from the right” to remind Americans that freer markets and tougher national defense would win our future. But this week a few handpicked and selectively edited comments which Newt made during his 40-year career were used to claim that Newt was somehow anti-Reagan and isn’t conservative enough to go against the accepted moderate in the primary race. (I know, it makes no sense, and the GOP establishment hopes you won’t stop and think about this nonsense. Mark Levinand others have shown the ridiculousness of this.) To add insult to injury, this “anti-Reagan” claim was made by a candidate who admitted to not even supporting or voting for Reagan. He actually was against the Reagan movement, donated to liberal candidates, and said he didn’t want to go back to the Reagan days. You can’t change history. We know that Newt Gingrich brought the Reagan Revolution into the 1990s. We know it because none other than Nancy Reagan herself announced this when she presented Newt with an award, telling us, “The dramatic movement of 1995 is an outgrowth of a much earlier crusade that goes back half a century.  Barry Goldwater handed the torch to Ronnie, and in turn Ronnie turned that torch over to Newt and the Republican members of Congress to keep that dream alive.” As Rush and others pointed out, if Nancy Reagan had ever thought that Newt was in any way an opponent of her beloved husband, she would never have even appeared on a stage with him, let alone presented him with an award and said such kind things about him. Nor would Reagan’s son, Michael Reagan, have chosen to endorse Newt in this primary race. There are no two greater keepers of the Reagan legacy than Nancy and Michael Reagan. What we saw with this ridiculous opposition dump on Newt was nothing short of Stalin-esque re-writing of history. It was Alinsky tactics at their worst.

But this whole thing isn’t really about Newt Gingrich vs. Mitt Romney. It is about the GOP establishment vs. the Tea Party grassroots and independent Americans who are sick of the politics of personal destruction used now by both parties’ operatives with a complicit media egging it on. In fact, the establishment has been just as dismissive of Ron Paul and Rick Santorum. Newt is an imperfect vessel for Tea Party support, but in South Carolina the Tea Party chose to get behind him instead of the old guard’s choice. In response, the GOP establishment voices denounced South Carolinian voters with the same vitriol we usually see from the left when they spew hatred at everyday Americans “bitterly clinging” to their faith and their Second Amendment rights. The Tea Party was once again told to sit down and shut up and listen to the “wisdom” of their betters. We were reminded of the litany of Tea Party endorsed candidates in 2010 that didn’t win. Well, here’s a little newsflash to the establishment: without the Tea Party there would have been no historic 2010 victory at all.

I spoke up before the South Carolina primary to urge voters there to keep this primary going because I have great concern about the GOP establishment trying to anoint a candidate without the blessing of the grassroots and all the needed energy and resources we as commonsense constitutional conservatives could bring to the general election in order to defeat President Obama. Now, I respect Governor Romney and his success. But there are serious concerns about his record and whether as a politician he consistently applied conservative principles and how this impacts the agenda moving forward. The questions need answers now. That is why this primary should not be rushed to an end. We need to vet this. Pundits in the Beltway are gleefully proclaiming that this primary race is over after Florida, despite 46 states still not having chimed in. Well, perhaps it’s possible that it will come to a speedy end in just four days; but with these questions left unanswered, it will not have come to a satisfactory conclusion. Without this necessary vetting process, the unanswered question of Governor Romney’s conservative bona fides and the unanswered and false attacks on Newt Gingrich will hang in the air to demoralize many in the electorate. The Tea Party grassroots will certainly feel disenfranchised and disenchanted with the perceived orchestrated outcome from self-proclaimed movers and shakers trying to sew this all up. And, trust me, during the general election, Governor Romney’s statements and record in the private sector will be relentlessly parsed over by the opposition in excruciating detail to frighten off swing voters. This is why we need a fair primary that is not prematurely cut short by the GOP establishment using Alinsky tactics to kneecap Governor Romney’s chief rival.

As I said in my speech in Iowa last September, the challenge of this election is not simply to replace President Obama. The real challenge is who and what we will replace him with. It’s not enough to just change up the uniform. If we don’t change the team and the game plan, we won’t save our country. We truly need sudden and relentless reform in Washington to defend our republic, though it’s becoming clearer that the old guard wants anything but that. That is why we should all be concerned by the tactics employed by the establishment this week. We will not save our country by becoming like the left. And I question whether the GOP establishment would ever employ the same harsh tactics they used on Newt against Obama. I didn’t see it in 2008. Many of these same characters sat on their thumbs in ‘08 and let Obama escape unvetted. Oddly, they’re now using every available microscope and endoscope – along with rewriting history – in attempts to character assassinate anyone challenging their chosen one in their own party’s primary. So, one must ask, who are they really running against?

The following is adapted from a speech delivered in...

Jennifer Gustafson Barnhouse~ ‎"What other case might be made for federal involvement in education? Its contributions to good educational practice? Think of the good things that have happened to education in the last 30 years—the growth of homeschooling and the invention and spread of charter schools."

RGeorgeDunn~ That is local education, not federal. Newt states we need to send education back to the local schools, counties, State, in that order. Education is not a Constitutional enumeration.  The blow-back from willfully violating the Law of the Land is injustice and creeping tyranny.

There needs to be a transition period to wean off federal dollars and reduce unconstitutional spending.  We are better served to reduce federal burden locally, to free up income. If we fail to take this direction at this moment, we are forsaking our Liberty for the darkness to come.

It is a move, not of party, but of we the people, to take our Country back to the ideals and principles that led us so well. One principle is, by having 22% embedded federal tax in a loaf of bread, you handicap US Industry to imports at 22% federal tax business expense. Wage earners use net income to pay the tax they just paid.

We need to have a Nation wide class on how to get out of the box.

Constitutional Conduct and FairTax please~  oh ya, Vouchers for Liberty Sake~

Who has the fairest State of all in America? Does Governor Perry deserve credit?

There is no doubt that Governor Perry has done well being the Governor of Texas. Of all the States in America, Texas has had the spirit and drive to earn the reward of being known for, "Everything is bigger in Texas!"

Here is one part that makes such a statement true.  As Rick Perry states in his book, which is wrote for our time for which Perry should have followed precisely, the consumption tax structure is the only system that is capital free enterprise friendly.
Texas has only the sales tax for supporting their State government burden.  By only taxing sales, the price of product in Texas has the least amount of embedded taxes of most every State in the Union.

In Perry's book, the Governor states that he endorses the FairTax plan that is in the 2011 Congress , both HR25 and SR13.  You add this and the energy plan in Texas to the entire Nation, to a nation that goes back to respecting the Law of the land, and you will see a Renascence as never before recorded in Earth's history.

Yes, Rick Perry Deserves Credit For The Texas Economy

HOUSTON, TX - AUGUST 6: Texas Governor Rick...
Image by Getty Images via @daylife
Texas is seeing job growth at a pace that is the envy of the nation. Approximately 40% of the nation’s job growth since June 2009 occurred in Texas. Texas Governor and Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry is hopeful voters will remember this fact when they enter the election booth next year, while Perry detractors argue Perry is merely the inadvertent beneficiary of luck and happenstance.
An Aug. 19 article on the website Slate is typical of the Perry detractors. The article offers three reasons why “it seems silly for Perry to take credit for the state’s performance.”

Ron Paul: A Chance to Fight Back #Constitution #2012gop #tcot #sgp #SCgop #FLGOP

This is a sponsored announcement from our friends at Ron Paul 2012.

Dear Fellow Conservative,

My campaign's incredibly strong second-place finish in New Hampshire has the national media stunned.

Add that to my top-tier showing in Iowa, and it's clear I'm the one Republican candidate who can take on and DEFEAT both Mitt Romney and Barack Obama.

The race is becoming more clearly a two-man race between Mitt Romney and me.

So the question is: Do you want a Republican presidential nominee who agrees with Barack Obama on the $700 BILLION TARP debacle, stripping away our God-given Second Amendment rights, forcing Americans to buy only the health insurance government says they can carry, or ripping millions of dollars away from our families to hand over to Planned Parenthood?

Fellow Republican, as a father of 5 and a grandfather of 18 who was privileged to grow up in a strong Christian household, I'm outraged at how often Republicans have caved to Big Government politicians like Barack Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi to wreck our economy, bankrupt our futures, and endanger our national security.

I'm simply FED UP with being told that the U.S. Constitution is outdated and no longer needs to be followed.

And I'm writing to tell you today that you and I don't have to take it any longer.

Freedom is popular, and we can win!

Click to Watch the Video

The truth is, there is only one true conservative choice in this race.

You see, unlike Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum, Mitt Romney, Rick Perry, and Jon Huntsman, I won't have to spend precious time in the general election apologizing for agreeing with the President on many of his disastrous policies!

Instead, I'll present a clear conservative, constitutional alternative to Barack Obama.

I'll run on my record - not away from it.

And I'll lay out my Plan to Restore America, which:

***     CUTS $1 trillion in federal spending during the first year of my presidency without taking one penny from our seniors, our veterans, or our national defense;

***     BALANCES the federal budget in my third year;

***     ELIMINATES FIVE federal departments, including the bloated Department of Education, which Newt Gingrich voted to create, and Rick Santorum voted to dramatically expand;

***     REDUCES the federal workforce by 10%, slashes congressional pay and perks, curbs excessive federal travel, and lowers my salary as President from $400,000 to $39,336 - which is roughly equal to the median personal income of the American worker.

No other candidate has put forth such a serious proposal for real change.

No other candidate has received as much support as me from those who know we cannot afford to select Mitt Romney as our nominee.

Matter of fact, many of my opponents have struggled to get on the ballot in several states - or completely missed doing so all together.

So I urge my opponents who have been unsuccessfully trying to be the conservative alternative to Mitt Romney to unite behind my candidacy.

And I urge you to please support my campaign today with a contribution of $100, $50, $25, $10, or whatever you are able to give.

Click to Watch the Video

I believe my constitutional conservative credentials are unmatched.

I am:

***     100% Pro-Life. I have introduced legislation in Congress to federally define life as beginning at conception, and as President, I will fight to repeal Roe v. Wade by passing a "Life at Conception Act."

***    100% Pro-Second Amendment. I've received a lifetime "A" rating from the NRA, and I was given the "Defender of the Second Amendment Award" by Gun Owners of America in 2011. I've voted against gun control - EVERY time.

***     100% Pro-Right to Work. I have never caved to the union bosses' pressure. I voted to defeat Big Labor's "Card Check" scheme, and I will continue the fight I've led as a congressman to the White House by fighting for passage of a National Right to Work Act.

***     100% Pro-Health Freedom. I have introduced legislation in Congress to repeal ObamaCare's hated individual mandate. As President, I will order all federal agencies to stop enforcing any rules and regulations related to ObamaCare, and I will veto any bills that fund this unconstitutional powergrab.

While Mitt Romney receives his most contributions from Wall Street, the top three donors to my campaign by occupation are U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy.

I've received more support from active duty military than all my opponents combined, and my other donors are everyday grassroots Patriots like you who just want to enjoy the full blessings of freedom and pass them on to the next generation.

They know I have the bold plan to cut spending. The dedication to protecting life. The lifelong adherence to the Constitution and limited government. And the necessary support to campaign nationwide against Mitt Romney.

So, after spending just a few hours celebrating my great finish in New Hampshire with my family, I jumped right back on the campaign trail in South Carolina.

I am in this race for the long haul. And I am ready to fight.

And if you're as outraged about the condition of this country as the thousands of other Americans I've met during this election, I know you're ready to fight, too.

Click to Watch the Video

I believe I can ride my momentum to the Republican presidential nomination, rock the establishment, and restore prosperity to our country - but I'm going to need your help to do so.

As I've found out in Congress too many times, when you stand for the Constitution, you often stand alone.

That's why I'm so grateful for the hundreds of thousands of grassroots supporters who have gotten behind my campaign.

Will you join them in taking our country back with a donation to my campaign of $100, $50, $25, $10, or whatever you can spare today?

My staff is already busy implementing an ambitious plan for South Carolina, including hard-hitting voter mail and TV ads.

In fact, I instructed them to add to our South Carolina activities after seeing my strong second-place finish in New Hampshire.

This election is just too critical for us not to give above and beyond our best effort.

But with the establishment desperately trying to derail my campaign, I must have the funds to carry out our operations while also battling back against their lies.

The great news is, my campaign is racking up one success after another in the face of unparalleled opposition.

My opponents are attacking me as hard as they can every chance they get, so your support has never been more important.

You and I don't have to just "settle" anymore for a nominee who presents little-to-no major difference from the other Party.

You and I don't have to hold back as our country is driven off the cliff by those who crave power and can't control their lust for more spending.

You and I don't have to "wait for the next election."

My campaign is making history right now with the support of Patriots like you who are finished with being told by the liberal media and the Republican establishment to sit on the sidelines year after year.

My incredible top-tier finish in Iowa and my tremendous second-place showing in Tuesday's New Hampshire primary demonstrate that I am the conservative alternative that can take on and defeat both Mitt Romney and Barack Obama this year.

But I need your help to continue getting my constitutional conservative message out in South Carolina, Florida, Nevada, and beyond.

Please, donate $100, $50, $25, $10, or whatever you can contribute right away to help me WIN the Republican nomination and give the American people a CLEAR alternative to Barack Obama's disastrous Big Government, big spending administration.

For Liberty,

Ron Paul

P.S. After my top-tier finish in Iowa and my incredibly strong second place showing in New Hampshire, it's clear I'm the one Republican candidate with the resources, volunteers, and organization to take on and DEFEAT both Mitt Romney and Barack Obama.

With your help, I'm hoping to ride this wave of momentum to the Republican presidential nomination.

But to do so, I've got to battle the full weight of the establishment machine while also implementing my strategy for victory in South Carolina, Florida, Nevada, and beyond.

So please, join hundreds of thousands of your fellow grassroots Patriots today in refusing to "settle" for a nominee who will have to spend all of his time apologizing for agreeing with President Obama on policies that bankrupt our country and endanger our liberties.

I urge you to stand with me by donating $100, $50, $25, $10, or whatever you are able to give so we can take this country back for the Constitution and the principles that made America great!
