Those who want to silence Michigan National Committeeman Dave Agema by race baiting

n front of the media. This makes many think that there are ulterior motives for their actions. No doubt that Dennis wanted Saul Anuzis as Republican National Committeeman and rumor has been since Paul has stepped aside for the State chairman position that he might want that RNC spot. Not to mention that Ken and Kathy have been reported by many to be chummy with Michigan Freedom Fund founder and Devos right hand man Greg McNielly, who came out this summer and attempted to get married in a gay marriage ceremony. Dave has spoken in favor of traditional marriage which is in the Republican platform. Dave has also warned of the encroaching danger of radical islam in our nation including Sharia law. What Dave has been speaking of is no longer theory in one nation, look at France.

Randy LeVasseur Dave, you have a tremendous opportunity here. A lot of people look at you as a leader. You could have a significant impact by having a mea culpa moment. Ditch questioning the motives of your detractors and instead acknowledge how unfair the stereotype advanced by your post was to millions of honest, hard-working Americans. Explain to your many friends and supporters that the sentiments expressed in the post are not reflective of your true beliefs and values. Point out that as humans we are flawed, but as God's children we have the opportunity each day to better ourselves and strive toward His ideals. Do this and you have the opportunity to help change hearts. Continue on your current path, though, and you simply serve the Democrats' efforts to falsely stereotype Republicans as mean-spirited, unlikable people. I hope you will make the right choice here, though that is not my expectation. Please prove me wrong.

Susanne Christensen If one had bothered to read the story you'd realize it was written by a confessed liberal defense attorney that was relating his experience with those he had defended. He noticed a distinct difference in the way blacks and Hispanics behaved as defendants in the criminal justice system . If a putz like Ken Braun has a problem with it them take it up with the writer of the story.Dave Agema had nothing to apologize for. This has nothing to do with the story but another cheap shot by the RINOs trying to destroy Dave.

Randy LeVasseur Dave opened the door to the Democrats' race baiting when he made his post, and the Democrats jumped right on it. They sent out a fundraising email this past week demonizing Dave and the Republican Party. Their email questioned why the Governor and the (presumptive) next GOP chairman had failed to condemn Dave's comments. Our focus should be on things we can do to improve our economy and help people (Keystone Pipeline? Tax Reform?). We have the ability to win based upon the merit of our ideas and policy positions. But it is difficult to get people to see those merits if we as a party are perceived as unlikeable.

Paul Welday Ron...you certainly seem like an intelligent guy...someone who understands the difference between right and wrong...common sense and lunacy...good judgement and sheer stupidity. That is what we are talking about here. First of all, no one created this problem other than Dave Agema himself. Not once, not twice, not even three times, but again and again. This is not being taken out of context (though it is interesting that this is the excuse every time) nor is this some conspiracy of homosexual-loving Muslims. This is Dave Agema hurting our Party on a repeated basis saying or re-posting some of the dumbest things most reasonable people can ever remember a political figure ever uttering. For all of those who want to try and shift the subject by dragging out the troglodyte rantings of another complete whack-job in Debbie Schlussel, have at it. But, Ron, I know you know better than that. Cut this guy and some of his strange friends loose. You'll be glad you did!

Stephenie Jazdzyk Jacobson I think your post is right on Ron. Agema says "if your're not over the target, then your not taking flak". This is true, but at the same time one does not go looking for flak. And on the flip, one does also not get up every morning and go to Dave Agema facebook page to pick apart his posts and write incessently about them. There are bigger fish to fry. All 3 need to knock it off in my opinion.

R. George Dunn When Dave was pushed on stage when announcing his win, we knew that the good ole boys were very upset. They have been after Dave ever since. They continue to attack conservatives and support liberals in the party. How long before you are out of power without any support?

You pretend that the CAIR is not funneling funds to Muslim Brotherhood and pretend the latter is not our enemy. You think it important to militarize th epolice and at the same time put your head in the sand and act as chamberlain who attacked Churchill.
