And to say that a President does not have the authority to hold a Country accountable for corruption from within their border is plain nonsense prejudice. Of course the President can and must, especially when it appears that the DNC/Hillary/Obama used Ukraine to bring down candidate Trump and that Biden has bragged about extorting the firing of the prosecutor after his Son's company.
However, President Donald J. Trump stipulated several times, he did not hold over Ukraine any quid pro quo.
