Dave Ramsey's Town Hall of Hope was fanstatcally encouraging!! He said This economy is bad but not hopeless. We need to put our Hope in the power of GOD working through people, to take personal responsibility, keep working hard, share and give encouragement to others. Work like it depends on you, pray believing and knowing it depends on GOD! Don't give into fear, put your hope in the hoping place— JESUS!

Three things to get our hope back: 1. Keep moving toward something — don't just sit and stew waiting for things to change. 2. Don't hang around losers or partiipate in loser talk. 3. Start giving again! Let's give the government out of business!

Don't spend money if you don't have it!
Americans need to learn one simple word: NO!
Slow and steady always wins! The tortooise always wins every time!!
Failure, if it is chasing you can run you to excellence!
The best place to go is to work!
You can pray while you're working!
Your raise is effective when you are!
Those who plow— keep plowing!
You can be sincere and still be stupid!
Pay for investment first—don't expect the profit from investment to pay for them.
Use small hometown credit unions for your banking needs—not national banks.
Don't buy a house if your broke—(that's why they call them real estate brokers)— Murphy will move in and bring his cousins, Desperation and Stupid.
Economists are her to give weather forecasters a good name.
This economy is bad but not hopeless. It is still way better than the Great Depression. There were real bread lines then and people didn't fly in asking for help on a Gulf Stream jet. The stock market dropped 90% then. Now it has only dropped 50%. Fear does not represent reality. In order to pass many programs, False Evidence Appearing Real is being heavily pushed.
Our hope and help doesn't come from DC, it comes from ALMIGHTY GOD.
