Registration Link: | | On August 13, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled that the FCC failed to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its current human exposure guidelines adequately protect the public against all the harmful effects of exposure to 5G, cell tower, cell phone and wireless technologies.
The FCC ignored thousands of pages of evidence showing harm from wireless radiation with little explanation.
The court ruled that the FCC - failed to address impacts of long term wireless exposure
- failed to address unique impacts to children
- failed to address the testimony of people injured by wireless radiation
- failed to address impacts to wildlife and the environment
- failed to address impacts to the developing brain and reproduction
