Alice's Restaurant - Should we end the MI Bottle Deposit law?
How did the trash with your finger print get in a place as litter? We should have a deposit on all product. Or would it be better not to make the deposit a chain on the neck, but make being a good steward rewarded and put the chain on the litterbug.
