Meanwhile, Congress continues to debate immigration, the debt ceiling and the issue of the day, while also continuing their investigation into IRS targeting. Although we would like to have the Committee vote on HR 25 today, this odd series of events has given us a unique opportunity to further educate Members on why the income tax and IRS must be replaced with the FairTax plan.
