The Question is..When did the CC know there was an "error" and what is the proper procedure to correct and error? Can anyone provide a MIGOP rulebook on the correct procedures, just exactly what the CC does and what authority it has...?
That is the question and being the MIGOP Chairman stated one day before the primary that at large delegates are proportional and former AG Mike Cox statement that he believes in going by the rules, I would say that the Credentials Committee (CC) changed the rule and note that it is not their authority to do so, as the State Committee sets the rules.
Gee, first Michgan decides to have an "open" primary, then Iowa "loses" the votes of 8 county caucuses, discovered only after South Carolina when Florida has suddenly changed its primary from proportional to "winner take all" followed by the Michigan Primary fun. Was it corruption or just a pattern of gross incompetence? You choose.
