They need to add to this list:
Eliminate The Department of Education We spend billions for a declining educational standard vs the rest of the world. Save $69.9 Billion
Eliminate The Department of Energy It was created to develop an "energy" policy for the US with a max of about 250 people. To date we still do not have an energy policy and the taxpayers are feeding 16,000+ employees. Save $27 Billion
The number of Federal Agencies that we could do without are just too numerous to name, but some of the top candidates would be:
Amtrak (Go Public)
Anything to do with Health care - Leave it to the states
Barry M Goldwater Scholarship and Excellence in Education Foundation
Botanic Garden
Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion
Citizen's Stamp Advisory Board
1/2 of the Commerce Department
Commission on International Religious Freedom
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau - Leave it to the States
Corporation for National and Community Service
Council of Economic Advisers - They don't seem to ever be doing anything good to promote the economy
And so on and so on......
Is there anything listed you cannot do without…?
