Health Care Act of 2010 will be known as the last promise needed to end this once Republic, now failing democracy.

Has the Health Care Act, unconstitutionally dictated by the Liberal Socialist Democrat Party, trailed us past the last crossroad back to a Republic based on inalienable individual liberty and freedom?  Will each Country of the United States of America secede to a new power structure leaving the Constitution in default?

Ever wonder why the Founding Fathers chose a Republic form of Government over a Democracy?  Ever wonder what the difference is?  Today our form of government is not the same government made in 1787.  We have left the root of Republican Government and replaced it with Democracy thru several Constitutional Amendments and through Supreme Court Oligarchy mandates.

The twisting of the Fourteenth amendment, the enactment of the 16th amendment allowing the taking of property by the Federal Government, the 17th amendment changing the Senate to a Democratically elected body, the twisting of the Commerce clause enabling tyranny of the Supremacy Clause unleashing unlimited Federal Powers, the permitted owning of Land by the Federal Government, all have contributed to this current erosion of the Federal Government. 

The fiscal condition of the Federal Money is beyond repair, despite the unrevealing account of the Federal Reserve.  The result is one reflected in the attitude of the Congress and Executive Branches cavalier passage of the Federalization of the Health care industry.  With the spent reserves of the Social Security Insurance funds needing replaced adding to the deficit spending of the Federal Government, Medicare recipients soon to explode onto the program and with the residual reduction of employment opportunity since the passage of Free trade while remaining under a closed trade tax structure adding to the Medicaid socialist program, the United States are about to become insolvent thus destroying the Constitution.

Yet, with all this knowledge, the leadership of this day continues to hide from this truth, offering to the people more then can be afforded.  How sad it is that the greatest vestige of God given freedom and liberty is going to become a forbidden portion of recorded history to which our future ancestry will have no part of or in.

Yup, this Health Care Act of 2010 will be known as the last promise needed to end this once Republic, now failing democracy.
