Tell the Vice-President and Senator Levin: No More Stimulus! TOMORROW! According to the Delta College website, "Vice President Joe Biden will be on the Delta College campus to discuss how Recovery Act investments are improving communities and creating jobs in Saginaw, the Great Lakes Bay Region and across the state of Michigan. He will be meeting with Senator Carl Levin and a small group of invited guests." Oh, I am sorry! You are NOT invited. The Delta website goes on to say, "Unfortunately there will not be an opportunity for Delta students or staff to be a part of this event, since all guests are included 'by invitation only', with those invitations sent out directly by the White House." One can only ask, why are they coming up here for a photo op if students and staff are not invited? Oh, I know why. Because the news media will report on the event, with cheering fans in the background, all hand picked by the White House, as if they WERE students and staff.
