Don Koop and I, accompanied by our wives, Sharon and Patty, met with Rep. Steve King of Iowa on Monday afternoon, March 23.  On behalf of all of you we presented Zap's inaugural "Profile in Courage" award to the Iowa Congressman.

And the stock market soared almost 500 points?

Coincidence.  Probably.

And yet, such is the power of the FairTax that not ONLY did the Dow soar, but...

Mt. Redoubt, in Alaska, erupted FIVE TIMES overnight, sending plumes of ash 9 miles high!

Coincidence?  Probably.
