FairTax is rocket fuel to Economy. Hear Gov Huckabee on Fox Business

May 09, 2014

Why have we lost so many jobs overseas over the past 30 years? #FairTax #sgp #tcot #migop #ocra #safie

FairTax is a tax neutral shift in structure from a mandatory tax on product to a voluntary tax on consumption. FairTax has nothing to do with how we spend, just on how we collect. Read this link completely and then ask yourself if it is wise to go from a closed border trade to open border trade and not change the closed border tax structure. Read this:

http://fairtaxblog.org/480/

“The U.S. Is Alone” And Why It Hurts

“The tax rate of 35 percent is impossible to provide an incentive to the large corporations, that have $1.7 trillion offshore, to put their money back in the United States.” – Frederick W. Smith
In March of 2011, Pfizer Pharmaceutical CEO Ian Read told The Wall Street Journal, “There should be a tax rate that allows us to compete… in the global marketplace.”
Later that year, H.R. 25, “The FairTax Act” co-author and economist Dan Mastromarco testified before the Joint Economic Committee that America’s corporations were paying “a national statutory marginal [tax] rate of 35 percent, which masks the fact that the return on capital is taxed repeatedly. These rates impose efficiency costs of as much as $728 billion.”
Mastromarco added, “The U.S. is alone in applying its punishing rates – the highest in the OECD and 50 percent higher than the average OECD rate of 23 percent — to domestic and foreign earnings alike.”
Congress failed to heed these and other warnings and as a result, a flood of companies has continued move their production and headquarters operations outside the United States.

Million American Jobs Project

Family & Friends,

This short video tells us how we can turn our economy around very easily.
This simple action can add one million jobs in the U.S almost immediately.
Passing the FairTax, which will reduce the cost of American produced goods and services by about 20% because it removes hidden taxes from our costs, will allow American business and labor compete with the rest of the world on a level playing field for the first time in generations.
Take a look at the FairTax at www.fairtax.org.

Ben Franklin~ Least intrusive tax is the consumption tax as it is voluntary

The reach of a consumption tax mathmatically figures out to be about 2% greater into the wealth of the nation. Please go to the following chart which is based on income you volunteer to use for consumption and how much it will cost you under FairTax and the prebate figured in.  Not that the current price of product is, with competition, able to drop 15% with Federal tax removed, paychecks will be near gross amount, and with a shortage of workers, employers will  have to bid for your services.

FreedomWorks is organizing the Teaparty Patriots to support the deathly flattax. Stop them for the Fairtax

Walt Bagley ~
I went to a tea party event the other evening. There was a talk on the FairTax followed by a talk on the flat tax. Followed by a Q & A session. The flat tax was presented by the state director for Freedom Works. He said he thinks the FairTax is a great idea "BUT". He said you have to repeal the 16th amendment first but there has only been one amendment that was ever repealed. The process is too hard. We would not want to have both the FairTax and then have Congress introduce a new income tax during the seven year period we are trying to repeal the amendment. A flat tax would be easier to pass through Congress. He did say he was not promoting HR-1040 but did not have an actual bill for a flat tax.

My comment:
We have witnessed the Freedomworks Group leaders bury a polling done on what is the most important issue. Fairtax gained 90%<> support and the closest competitive plank was flattax at 7%. There has been an underlying fear of this group not being true to the Patriot cause. Now we have evidence .  The Flattax was used by President Reagan when he gave us freetrade to counter the effects of a closed border tax in an open border trade policy. We have witness the effect of leaving the same tax structure in place by streamlining it.  Congress has sold lobbyists over 1,200 amendments to the Reagan flattax. Now we have what appears to be an stealth RINO group attempting to stir us into the same destructive plan.
We have lost jobs steadily since free trade was implemented and we have seen our Nations deficit spending increase every year, even in what they claimed to be prosperous years.  We have been told service jobs will replace our lost industry, that high tech industry will sustain our growth fiscally. None of this was true.
The question must be asked, why would our smartest leaders in Washington act so dumb? What is their mission?  It certainly is not for the benefit of the American people, either party.  If you step back, you will see how both parties have danced us down this road of socialism until we are now on the brink of fiscal collapse. Ask yourself, why would DC not change when the GOP gain the two branches Under President Bush43. It upset the puppet master who found his strings suddenly all wound up. So what became the mission, pork pork pork.
Let us not let our new found wakeup teaparty Patriot mission be stirred into the ditch. Stand against this attempt to squish our path to liberty and freedom. With Fairtax, be sure to follow up with Constitutional conduct. Begin by reducing non entitlement spending 10% every year until it is cleaned up. Enact Fairtax to gain back our industry, Make a date certain with a 25 yr plan to transition all entitlements back to the States our the individual by recommending private HSA/IRAs locally invested.  This will end unconstitutional action by the Federal Government, reducing their taxation by over 90%, leaving we the people and our States the revenue needed to do what is the power entitled by the Constitution.
State legislatures need to be held accountable for their actions in nullifying the tyrannical coupe by the Federal Government. In them lies the immediate Power to get this done. The Article five of the Constitution holds the key to control over our Federal Government. The preached fears of a Constitutional Convention destroying the Constitution is false. Any resolution in that Convention must meet the approval of 38 State legislatures. That is a far less threat then the Coupe that is happening right before our eyes.  Remember the frog in a cold water filled frying pan, who did not see the change in temperature until he cooked to death. Our apathy has near destroyed us. Jump People, for our Liberty!!!

Independence Caucus vetting fiscally responsible candidates in Colorado

December 19, 9:53 PM
Kathleen Baker

A group of ordinary citizens from Utah shocked the political world last year by defeating a six-term incumbent and replacing him with a fiscally conservative candidate who was outspent six to one by his challenger. Now they are taking their model nationally with chapters in 45 states, including Colorado. Fed up with politics as usual, these citizens founded the Independence Caucus to replace politicians financed by special interests with fiscally responsible candidates who support Constitutional principles.

During the 2008 Utah Republican primary election, the Independence Caucus targeted U.S. Representative Chris Cannon, a six-term incumbent who had endorsements from President Bush, both Utah senators, three newspapers, and the vast majority of the state GOP establishment. Their goal was to replace Cannon with Jason Chaffetz, a candidate with no significant endorsements and little money. With the grassroots help of 1,000 volunteers, Chaffetz was able to beat out Cannon during the Republican primary by a vote of 60% to 40%. He continued on to win the general election with 66% of the vote.

Riding this success, the organization has gone nationally and has sent requests to more than 1300 candidates to go through their vetting process. This process starts with a candidate filling out an 80-question form followed by an hour-long teleconference where members of the Independence Caucus are allowed to freely ask the candidates questions. The group established the questions based on the fundamental reforms the membership sees as critical in endorsing a candidate. These reforms include fixing the nation's budget problems and taxation policies and restoring the country back to Constitutional law and the Tenth Amendment.

The questionnaire is designed as a simple yes/no format so that candidates must openly state their knowledge of Constitutional law and fiscal responsibility, and whether or not they will pledge to these issues if elected...full article

FairTax Needed~ Detroit in Ruins and what to expect for USA if Obama implements all the things he wants

Steven Crowder was on Fox yesterday and made an update on the 28%, saying it is now 50%. One out two people are jobless.  It is also reported that the School Board tried to close unnecessary Schools and was met by angry crowds wanting to keep open.  I imagine it has to do with jobs and threat of mixing these distressed communities children at such a time.

We need FairTax yesterday and get us back to work.  Tell everyone to tell everyone.

The GOP kisses the Rust Belt goodbye~Susan J. Demas |no Susan not GOP, RINOs

The GOP kisses the Rust Belt goodbye

by Susan J. Demas

Do the Republicans ever plan to win Michigan again? How about Ohio, Illinois or even Indiana?

Before the gang of GOP senators killed the $14 billion bridge loan for Chrysler and General Motors last week, they unleashed an ugly Southern snobbery about us Rust Belt rubes. And they just might have strangled their chances in here for years to come.

Let's not forget the GOP just lost the entire region to the man who will become the first African-American president, save for West Virginia. The Republicans only have one governorship here, in Indiana. Evidently, U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell & Co. want to finish the job. full article

My comment:

Susan, you have sighted in the Big Gov Big Business RINOs(Republicans in Name Only)who have been herding the GOP for many years.  They are better identified as Nationalists. Though we may differ on the constitutional power the Federal Government to bail out industry, you have given a clear view of not only the GOP but of the Democrats also.  Neither have been for the interest of we the people.

How is it that this Grand Nation has been brought to it's knees.  How is it the strongest industrial manufacturing center of the world is now, as you say, 'a rust belt memory'?  Your right, Saul does get it and he nearly became the RNC Chairman, but the good ole boy Shadow, insisted on a strong RINO, Mr. Steele.

Now to the underlying fact that has had us all hoodwinked for many years.  Since the introduction of Free Trade policy by President Reagan, we have watched and listened to both parties tell us that it is a good thing for us to lose jobs overseas, because we are so smart that we will replace them with strong service jobs and new technology.  With the federal reserve keeping check our labor force to maintain an overabound number of workers, the family cashflow has dwindled to where it takes 3 wage earners to just get by.

When free trade kicked in, what was overlooked, in my opinion, purposefully, is the tax structure we had created under a 50 State free trade policy, inwhich the ever expanding federal government got it's revenue.  These taxes were built into the price of domestic product due to the simplistic and tyrannical method of using business structure to control collecting tax.  This has resulted in the handicapping of domestic manufacturing putting a 22%(now more) product cost on top of actual production costs, making foreign products a cheaper buy for consumers.  We have not been on an equal trading floor since the 1980s.

An example of those who took advantage of raping America of Her jobs is Baines Capital.  Romney gained huge wealth by cannibalizing American business and taking the contract order overseas to evade the USA Tax structure, including at State taxation level in Michigan and other States under the same production tax system.

The democrats are not blameless in this either.  They embrace the production tax as a method of controlling the workers and distributing the wealth through the progressive income tax system.

Hope you were able to keep with me on this.  It is a boring subject, but most important.  The cure to our present plight of joblessness, especially in the Rust Belt is to change the Tax structure from production to consumption, lowering the manufacturing cost of domestic product by removing all taxes hidden and putting it onto a consumption tax, which will tax imports equally to domestic goods.  Jobs will flood back to America.

Twenty some years ago, a group of scholars from the highest pedigree of schools gathered and spent 20 million dollars perfecting a new tax structure to consumption.  This plan sits in both chambers of Congress ready to go on January first of the year it is implemented.  It has around 80 co-sponsors in the House and has grown in popularity across the nation.  As people study and learn of the value of this plan, they make it a Cause for saving America.  It is not a party cause, it is an American cause.  As of late, a President Obama State Coordinator has joined the chorus of supporters.

The plan is the FairTax plan, the same one that Governor Huckabee has as his platform for the Quest of fixing America.  As the Governor has said, it is not Wall street we need to fix, it is Main Street.  Please consider joining in this cause.  A note of support for Saul Anuzis, he is a former member of the National Board  of Directors for the FairTax Organization.  I agree fully in your assessment of Saul as a superb leader.  Your support in the www.FairTax.org Plan may just be the single event to push the plan up over the top and bring salvation to America.

In Michigan we are attempting to make our State busniess friendly too by pusing for enactment of the www.MIFairTax.org plan. Would you help?

Replace income and business taxes with the FairTax - the sales tax

By Bay City Times staff

November 23, 2009, 3:59PM
Voice: R. George Dunn, Alger

What can be done, being as the MI House is set on raising taxes or bust, is change how we tax so we can start lowering taxes. At the same time, we can give us a small increase to keep us at a level amount, with need to cut yet.
• Make all services taxed by sales tax.
• Eliminate sales tax on used products.
• Move the Michigan Business Tax to the sales tax.
• Either repeal Proposal A for education or move all homestead school tax on property to sales tax and make it a voucher system with freedom.
• Put sales tax on food, but offset it for poverty by issuing credit or a check to every Michigan citizen on the poverty wage ceiling, in the amount of sales tax.
• Make Health Savings Accounts/Individual Retirement Accounts a state mandate, not federal.
• Resolve to the U.S. Congress our desire for the National FairTax Plan.
All this is needed to save us from what is coming with the dollar. We must center on being sovereign and what it will take to survive as a state, a nation of the republic.

As you have witnessed all the benefit those businesses are getting in tax exemptions, it seems only fitting to make it so everyone so we can get jobs, jobs, jobs. By eliminating the MBT and income taxes, the production cost of Michigan Manufacturing will decrease that amount. The more people working the more people spending.

Cutting out spending on a temporary basis is a must. You can put committees on emergency meetings only and stop them for a few years, like agriculture, DEQ, DNR, all of them.  If I need to know how to can tomatoes, I can find it online.

I love Michigan. Don't make us have to leave. Act now.

***
Imagine, if you will, someone suggesting to raise tax on income or business at a time when Michigan is already at the bottom of the employment scale in this Nation, at a time when the last thing we need is for more business to be driven out.  Rest asured, we are already a State that business will not come to, unless of course Lobbyists make it so you don't have a MBT.  But if you add an income tax increase onto the entrepenouirs wanting to set up shop somewhere in America, will they come here to a communist system of graduating taxation on income?  How about all the business without an exemption from the MBT?  Where can they apply?

Nope, the best way to go is to make Michigan the most business friendly State in the USA by adopting the Michigan FairTax Plan.  www.mifairtax.org

GOP in battle for who will control it

One truth  is how the GOP has been highjacked by the neocon, the big government one world order crowd, who incidentally are a ruling power behind both parties.

When Bush came out with the bailout in September, it was at a time when McCain was surging 6% ahead in the polls. Why did the NEOCONS not want McCain. It was not McCain they feared but the honesty and truthfulness of Palin coming into the President of the Senate.

Also, the international banking community had agreed in BASIL IV to all National banks having to reveal their books and become transparent by August 1st 2008. Everyone did but the USA so they gave America an one month extension to September 1st at which time the US National banks to include the Federal Reserve did not and still have not revealed their books to the public. The trading of money funds daily was in an average of at least once a week at the amount of 400 to 500 billion dollars and for Bush to say we needed the bailout now made it totally suspect.

And when the democrats agreed to go along if they received 20 billion for ACORN and the neocons agreed, that finished exposing the power in the shadow of Washington as being of big government one world order and if ACORN, an stealth civilian army of the left, was acceptable to their plans, you can bet that this collapse of our fiscal is also part of their plan to destroy the US Dollar. Why else would we have left in place the closed trade tax structure and not fixed it to a free trade tax structure when Reagan put the Free trade policy into effect?

Our current fiscal crisis is the end of the road brought on by the excise tax that our current product tax is on our domestic production. Corporate types like Romney eagerly bought up struggling companies and moved them off shore to get around our production taxes, thus the great exodus of jobs from this country over the years. We are now witnessing that last to go, the big 3 auto companies. If they remain a presence, it will be to assemble foreign parts as the other are doing now.

The cure? Change our tax structure to the consumption tax known as the Fair Tax. That will bring back our manufacturing jobs as it will take the tax out of our product costs and will make for an equal tax on imports as well as domestic products. There is a progressive part the sends everyone back the tax amount of poverty wage whether one works or not so the poor are not harmed and actually will be finding good paying jobs to sustain their families again, making the American Dream a reality again and the need for a Nanny Government diminished and taxes lowered.

Sound too good to be true? From what I see coming, there is not much to lose. And if the Fair Tax plan is spoken too and taken serious the stock market will come roaring back. It is your choice, to become a part of the monstrous one world order or to return to the true value of the Constitution and individual States sovereignty.

CPAC - Huckabee gets a Sustained Standing Ovation on Fair Tax!!!

Very Very good Governor Huckabee. You have put the focus on where the GOP
has been abused by the Washington elite, wearing the cloth of Constitutional
conservative, while all the time shoring up their coffers of the offshore
manufacturing they have mapped out since Reagan gave us free trade. Sound
familiar Romney?

Then to hear the CPAC finding the Fair Tax as their favorite plank does the
heart good. It is our fiscal saving grace and our conservative American
family, in both parties road back to the American Dream!!!

Article quote:

He(Governor Huckabee) again called for implementation of the Fair Tax and
for a shut down of the IRS. That got his biggest applause, in fact, a
sustained standing ovation. One thing that would mean, he said, "We wouldn't
have a tax cheat running our tax system."

"The GOP wants a level playing field; Democrats want a level finish line." .

"They are obsessed with slicing bread equally among an even more needy
populace."
