YOur Cashflow is taxed twice, wages & embedded in price of product, same tax twice

Your Cash flow is taxed when you work and again when you spend(embedded), the same tax paid twice.  FairTax ends the first tax and shares the second with imports. Think!

FairTax will save Social Security and move us from this Fiscal cliff with the middle class getting a substantial rise in their cashflow.

Million American Jobs Project

Family & Friends,

This short video tells us how we can turn our economy around very easily.
This simple action can add one million jobs in the U.S almost immediately.
Passing the FairTax, which will reduce the cost of American produced goods and services by about 20% because it removes hidden taxes from our costs, will allow American business and labor compete with the rest of the world on a level playing field for the first time in generations.
Take a look at the FairTax at www.fairtax.org.

AFFT calls on Congress to eliminate IRS targeting by enacting the FairTax® Press Release

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

AFFT calls on Congress to eliminate IRS targeting by enacting the FairTax®.

HOUSTON, TX - May16, 2013 - Americans For Fair Taxation® (AFFT), outraged by the Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) continued political abuse and intimidation of citizens and organizations, is calling on Congress to immediately enact HR 25/S 122, the FairTax® Act of 2013 and phase out the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). "No person or group is safe from IRS targeting; everyone is a bull’s eye," said AFFT spokesperson Cynthia T. Canevaro.

She added, "The agency, with over 90,000 employees and an annual budget in excess of $12 billion, has historically been the ultimate tool of extreme political manipulation by politicians of both major parties. That’s exactly what our Founding Fathers feared."

"These types of abuses of are nothing new," said Dan Mastromarco, tax attorney and co-author of HR 25/S 122. He added, "In 1819, Former Chief Justice John Marshall warned in McCulloch v. Maryland that, ‘An unlimited power to tax involves, necessarily, a power to destroy.’ The FairTax Act is the only way in which Congress can once and for all eliminate the harassment, political exploitation and selective enforcement against perceived dissidents. It levels the playing field and redistributes power to the citizens who pay the taxes."

The FairTax Plan is a comprehensive proposal that replaces all federal income and payroll based taxes with a national retail sales tax, a "prebate" to ensure no American pays federal taxes on spending up to the poverty level, dollar-for-dollar federal revenue neutrality and, through companion legislation, the repeal of the 16th Amendment, which authorized the creation of the income tax.

"Congress has enabled IRS activities with more than 5,000 code changes in just 11 years, and even expanded their scope to include enforcement of major provisions of Obamacare," said Canevaro. "Congress created this problem. They now have an opportunity to correct it by enacting the FairTax Plan and asking the President to join them in signing the measure into law."

Who has the fairest State of all in America? Does Governor Perry deserve credit?

There is no doubt that Governor Perry has done well being the Governor of Texas. Of all the States in America, Texas has had the spirit and drive to earn the reward of being known for, "Everything is bigger in Texas!"

Here is one part that makes such a statement true.  As Rick Perry states in his book, which is wrote for our time for which Perry should have followed precisely, the consumption tax structure is the only system that is capital free enterprise friendly.
Texas has only the sales tax for supporting their State government burden.  By only taxing sales, the price of product in Texas has the least amount of embedded taxes of most every State in the Union.

In Perry's book, the Governor states that he endorses the FairTax plan that is in the 2011 Congress , both HR25 and SR13.  You add this and the energy plan in Texas to the entire Nation, to a nation that goes back to respecting the Law of the land, and you will see a Renascence as never before recorded in Earth's history.

Yes, Rick Perry Deserves Credit For The Texas Economy

HOUSTON, TX - AUGUST 6: Texas Governor Rick...
Image by Getty Images via @daylife
Texas is seeing job growth at a pace that is the envy of the nation. Approximately 40% of the nation’s job growth since June 2009 occurred in Texas. Texas Governor and Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry is hopeful voters will remember this fact when they enter the election booth next year, while Perry detractors argue Perry is merely the inadvertent beneficiary of luck and happenstance.
An Aug. 19 article on the website Slate is typical of the Perry detractors. The article offers three reasons why “it seems silly for Perry to take credit for the state’s performance.”

Bye Mitt Romney, again. We need FairTax to return US Industry

Bye Romney, again.

This is the link to the full length video "When Mitt Romney Came to Town."

http://www.webcasts.com/kingofbain/

What made it possible for Romney to act so:
http://rgeorgedunn.blogspot.com/p/america-where-did-we-go-wrong.html

Why, as Presidential Candidates, no one speaks to why Romney Bained US Jobs, hey Heritage?

Romney is currently under fire for his Bain Capital buying up failing US Companies and moving the jobs overseas.  Is it his fault he had such an opportunity? No, but running for President and not offering the solution that will stop such, is.
When we went to free trade, we keep the production tax.  This article speaks to keeping this same tax, flat or not.  Production tax places all tax expense into the price of the product produced, 22% average on goods and 29% on services.
If we are to get back employment, we need to change the tax structure, not tweak it as Heritage is advocating, just as if they are a think tank for the Establishment.  Read this blogg and then go to the top of the blogg and find a link to another blogg on the flat tax v. VAT v. FairTax.  The income flat tax proposed is simply the hitting of the reset button on the over 1,400 amendments to the IRS tax code for the purpose of selling the graft all over again by congress greed.

What causes paper money to fail? USA free enterprise foundation has a flaw

The question that first needs to be answered is:
“What is current as the Money of Account of the United States and how much of it is a DOLLAR quantity?”

Article I, Section 8, Clause 5, says in part, “Congress shall have Power To . . . fix [FIX] the Standard of Weights and Measures.” To construe these words to mean let “Dollar” float, is absurd and a False Belief.

That is the premise of my opinion. I think that education regarding an understanding of the mechanical process of money creation and its nature is prerequisite to meaningful discussion of tax policy. I recommend referring to the source, the Federal Reserve, for their explanation. See “Modern Money Mechanics” and “Two Faces of Debt,” both booklets published by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago for their explanation.

If we continue to engage in the distraction of political arguments rather than focus on fundamental principle, we may soon all be using the old phrase, “Not worth a Continental.” The electorate will lose any possibility of influencing an orderly return to Constitutional limits if a collapse occurs. Education is extremely important yet taking a back seat to politics in too many groups.

“. . . A number of characters of the greatest eminence in this country, object to this Government, for its consolidating tendency. This is not imaginary. It is a formidable reality. If consolidation proves to be as mischievous to this country, as it has been to other countries, what will the poor inhabitants of this country do? This government will operate like an ambuscade. It will destroy State governments, and swallow the liberties of the people, without giving them previous notice. If Gentlemen are willing to run the hazard, let them run it; but I shall exculpate myself by my opposition, and monitory warnings within these walls. But, then comes paper money. We are at peace on this subject. Though this is a thing which that mighty Federal Convention had no business with, yet I acknowledge that paper money would be the bane of this country. I detest it. Nothing can justify a people in resorting to it, but extreme necessity.”

R. George Dunn~ The value of the dollar. Being we are a papercurrency, does not the vlue of the dollar then become the extension of the GDP? If we fail to produce, we fail to consume. If we fail to consume, we fail to produce. Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

The greatest power of our economy is the enorimity of it. It takes a lot to bring it to zero consumption, thus zero production. But, as pointed out, there comes a moment when a sudden lock up of the economy is entirely possible. That would come when you expand the paper money, lowerring it's value in relation to the GDP at a time of the GDP falling or stagnate. If this fact of huge expansion of the paper is covered up and no steps are taken to end the foundational reason for the GDP failing to grow, a day arrives when it becomes self evident. Eventually, the true value of the dollar paper reaches it's true deflation of fiscal stability by hyper-inflating a false GDP growth. No one can afford their cashflow anywhere, bringing the system to a halt.
The failure of paper money is the symptom, be it from neglect of the foundation of the economy or be it from tyranny from within. The value is the same. To repair the economy from a dollar faultering, the foundation of the economy needs to be adjusted to eleviate the clog to growth. The natural cycle of a free enterprise will always have an up and down. It is when government puts into the equation a burden that cannot be overcome by the economy. This is what has happenned to America.
We have placed excise tax on domestic production by movng from a closed border trading community to an open border while keeping a closed border tax structure. This action has produced a downward slide of the economy of the US Dollar, weakening it until it reached a point of threatening to hyper-inflate the currency. Without exposing the hyper-inflation, it is possible t recover from the near sudden esposure of failing, by simply changing the Tax structure to an open border consumption tax.

It would also be very important to find a path to bring back the money standard to finite terms(precious mineral), to avoid such exposure to a fiscal apocalyse in the future.
Here is my blogg on where our nation's economy has gone wrong and how to fix it:

FairTax Resolutions placed in top ten of Citizens choice before the 2011 Congress

My first words in 2012: What is it that has us paying federal tax by income and then paying for those same taxes again when we buy American product and service? FairTax is the most important Resolution before Congress, as it will end unemployment and cure much of our ills.

http://www.slideshare.net/POPVOX/top-10-bills-slides

David Cort~
The actual reason, in my opinion, that the political world does NOT want the Fair Tax, is that the Fair Tax is the single biggest power shift from government back to the people in history. The current tax code is not about revenue. It's been fairly effectively shown that the Fair Tax is fairer, generates a more consistent and dependable stream of revenue, grows the economy, and sustains the government quite adequately. It is naturally progressive and self-regulating. It is more efficiently collected and it broadens the tax base. None of these points can be effectively refuted. Why do lawmakers (and political pundits who support this brand of lawmaker) make fools of themselves trying?

Because to eliminate the current tax code and replace it with a Fair Tax would mean a total restructuring of the power base. Congress now can regulate both the market and the individual by manipulating the tax code. You act this way, we reward you through the tax code. You act that way, we penalize you through the tax code. This all goes away with the Fair Tax. It is important to remember that what a candidate for president wants or wishes does not (and should not) have any effect on something like the Tax code. Those are things that will be implemented by the Congress with or without Presidential approval or desire. We need to be working on our legislators for this.

What does have to happen at the Presidential level is an elimination of crony capitalism; also used to control us and our behavior. There is a huge "underground" government that has nothing to do with the people who are supposed to make laws. The administrative branch has become huge, and a vast majority of that branch is comprised of some old, bald guy in some office deep within the bowels of government, removed several layers from the people who are tasked with regulating us and accountable to virtually no person or persons. And that guy is effectively making laws at the behest of large donors and as favors to companies that make curly light bulbs nobody wants. These people (the NTSB wants to federally outlaw cell phone use in cars??? Who the hell is NTSB and how do they get to make any laws???) make laws at will that have nothing to do with their right to do so and little to do with anyone's good but the folks they seek favor from and give favor to. Seat belt laws have nothing to do with the "good of the people." They have to do with the good of the auto insurance lobby. Why do pharmaceutical companies LIKE federal regulations that make it long, hard, and expensive to develop a new drug? Because the folks who would and could develop new drugs in competition with them can't afford to develop and market new drugs. THAT is what we need to be after our Presidential candidates about. It is just as invasive and controlling, and liberty-stealing as the tax code and much more insidious.

Ben Franklin~ Least intrusive tax is the consumption tax as it is voluntary

The reach of a consumption tax mathmatically figures out to be about 2% greater into the wealth of the nation. Please go to the following chart which is based on income you volunteer to use for consumption and how much it will cost you under FairTax and the prebate figured in.  Not that the current price of product is, with competition, able to drop 15% with Federal tax removed, paychecks will be near gross amount, and with a shortage of workers, employers will  have to bid for your services.

"9-9-9: The Movie" = FairTax phase one

Nov 28, 2011: "9-9-9: The Movie"

Dear Patriots and Supporters,

My "9-9-9 Plan" will put Americans back to work and jumpstart this economy.

I am proud to announce that my campaign has just released "9-9-9 The Movie" to help spread the simple message of my "9-9-9 Plan" to every voter in America.

Please consider contributing to my campaign to help spread my movie around the internet.  Your donation of $25, $50, $100, $500, $1000 or more will be used to pay for advertising around the web.  It is imperative that every American watch my new movie!

Americans know that the current tax system is broken. It suffocates American business growth and is a leading cause for our slow economic recovery over the past few years.

So, what would happen if we scrapped all 82,000 pages of the current tax code and simplified things with my "9-9-9 Plan"?

With the "9-9-9 Plan" the economy would accelerate faster than Barrack Obama on his way out of town.

We would add two trillion dollars to GDP, and create six million jobs.

Business investment would increase by a third.

Wages would go up 10%, at the same time federal revenues would go up 15%.

In addition to paying for web advertising to promote "9-9-9 The Movie" your donation will also pay for my sequel movie which is scheduled to debut next week.

Please donate whatever you can today...

...and tell your friends on Facebook, followers on Twitter, and everyone in your address book about my new movie! Help spread the word and help us get America working again!

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Re: A Supercommittee Tax-Hike Surrender Means Republicans Would Snatch Defeat from the Jaws of Victory

Mr. Miller and the Ways and Means Committee,

I agree with your idea Mr Miller, 'budgetary savings of a sequester', but with over 50% of America not contributing to Federal tax revenue, there is not enough time to cut enough to maintain our nation fiscally until we can change the Tax structure and begin to grow our way out, leading the world in Prosperity and new trade value known as the FairTax Plan being replicated world wide, balancing free trade.
Mr. Cain has provided a two step plan to take the shock out of the transparancy of the consumption tax.  But by removing the embedded IRS Code taxes from the price of domestic product, US Industry will gain a 15% advantage in trade with imports, by sharing the burden of Federal taxes equally, instead of the excise burden on our own products as is today, as well as under the offered flat tax by Perry and Romney.
The International fiscal plan for the USA is more of the same. Liberty comes from empowering we the people into prosperity, beyond measure.  To not stand up now for the FairTax plan is, well, need I say?
Thus, we need the taxation increase to get us thru the next few years, with the promise of growth in return. President Obama has of last, demanded tax on only income over one million dollars.  Provide this with the insistance of FairTax being implemented asap.

Sincerely,

R. George Dunn
