Romney wants to keep SSI in government so they can steal it again.  Not smart enough to realize what is coming so think tweaking by age will work, when the problem is the size of 67 Trillion set aside for the huge influx of baby boomers. 


Only full employment can sustain SSI and two other steps. We must make it so this misuse of our Treasure never happens again bu privatizing Federal Entitlements and end the handicap production tax which places the Federal tax burden into the price of our own product to ourself, let alone export.

new 1% state tax assessment or Health Insurance Claims Assessment on certain paid

Michigan health insurance claims. The tax applied on claims incurred on or after Jan. 1,

2012, will be paid by insurance carriers on behalf of fully-insured plans and by third-party

administrators on behalf of self-funded plans.

The tax applies to Michigan residents receiving services in Michigan

The location of a company’s headquarters or its operations is irrelevant.

The law limits the annual tax of $10.000 per insured individual or covered life.

Obamacare rations Seniors healthcare; Ryan plan rations based on income; Cain plan ends entitlements w/25 year transition

Our Federal entitlement programs  are all unsustainable, much because of the fox in the hen house daily. Teaparty wants the Federal Government to find it's way back to the Constitution. To do that we must map out a transition back. If we wait to fix our problem, the young people will not tolerate the taxation needed to sustain Entitlements and will demand they be eliminated, cold turkey. Thus, we must act now for the sake of the elderly and all for a secure future.

Paul Ryan has set in motion the beginnings of such action by providing the shift of Medicare from federal management to the private sector and at the same time making it affordable for the poor and funnelling out coverage for the rich via voucher system. Ryan has also repealed the portion of Obamacare that will cut 500 Billion dollars from medicare to another program which will bring into work the rationing Boards already set up. It has been admitted by liberal lawmakers that the purpose of the rationing is to allow more funds for other programs, youthful ones. You tell me who is threatening seniors.

We need to move to State mandated privately owned HSA/IRAs as Presidential Candidate Herman Cain has advocated, locally invested to replace Social Security and Federal Healthcare, all Federal entitlements.  This will work as it takes out of the equation the Government fingers in your savings. President Reagan fixed Social Security, but Congress simply stole the funds leaving an IOU which incidental is not being recorded as part of the 14 trillion dollar debt. We are closer to 80 trillion in debt and growing. We need to get back to the Constitution and get the Federal tax out of where it is now hidden in the price of domestic product, to which we who work pay twice by not buying imports. Huh, jobs by changing the tax structure, ironic.

 

By making for a end date certain of allowing new participants in the Federal entitlements, we can move to constitutional conduct of the federal government thus ending the attack form within to destroy the Constitution. Mr. Cain recommends using the age of 40 to draw the line of justice in that they have been paying into the system at least 20 year and deserve a return.  The Congressman Paul Ryan plan which is a rationing by income, can be used to provide even greater justice to taxpayer who have paid.  You can use their tax records or go to 20 years old with a pro-rating of return for invested taxes n entitlements.

 

Imagine your 20 and instead of sending the government your social security and medicare payments, you invest into first, a Health savings account giving you instant full coverage health care. You never get sick and the payments keep going into your medical savings account, building into a retirement IRA, while always having funds for a catastrophic full coverage insurance.

 

The HSA/IRAs, privately owned, can be invested into local banks or credit unions under a specifically framed account. This can be a voluntary practice or each State can determine if it should be mandatory. If not mandatory, the end of universal emergency room care will be ended. Can't have one without the other. Enough of taxing on this and insurance companies in voluntary States would have to charge a large premium under the care we have today in ERs should a State stay voluntary. States can and some already have a similar HSA setup for welfare or disabled citizens.

 

Yup, President Obama wants to ration Senior citizens, Congressman Ryan wants to ration based on income and Herman Cain wants to end the unconstitutional entitlements, thus solving the fiscal collapse they will bring, by privatizing healthcare and retirement. 

 

This is all possible if we can afford it.  The only way to do so and for that matter preserve the USA as a viable Union of fifty nations, is to enact fairtax. Our current tax structure is a left over form the closed border days which put all the federal tax into the price of American made product. With free trade, we have handicapped our American industry with a 22% tariff like hidden tax embedded in the price of USA goods. By changing to the Fairtax Consumption tax, we will once again be able to compete and get back jobs galore.

At least twice last week, the Republican plans to destroy Medicare (as we know it) took a large chunk out of the after-quarters of some big names in the GOP presidential field.
One of the recipients of the chomping was the author of the plan himself, Congressman Paul Ryan. Another victim of the snapping jaws was former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.
Republicans have bigger troubles ahead than their screwed-up presidential field. Not that I care, but it's interesting, politically speaking.

Although the left has been celebrating the passage of Obamacare in the Senate as further evidence that the President's health care reform initiative is a done deal the health care reform fight is not over. The truth is that this bill can not yet be transmitted to the President until very different versions of Obamacare are reconciled. The House and Senate must agree on what to send to the President for his signature before this fight is over.

There are key differences between the House and Senate approaches to Obamacare as explained by Nina Owcharenko and Robert E. Moffit, Ph.D. in a paper published by the Heritage Foundation lists 6 key differences between the two bills. Procedurally, the House passed a version of Obamacare with a public option, an income surtax and with strong language forbidding the use of federal monies to fund abortion. The Senate chose not to take up the House bill and passed a version of Obamacare with no public option, taxes on expensive health care plans and with weak language forbidding the use of federal funds for abortion. Sens. Jim DeMint (R-SC) and Mitch McConnell (R-KY) have since blocked the appointment of conferees to reconcile the differing versions of Obamacare. The options liberals have to get the bill to the President's desk are therefore limited.

The Senate refused to take up the House bill and many claimed that the House bill was dead on arrival in the Senate. Presumably the Senate bill can't pass the House, because of the more liberal abortion language, the radically different tax provisions and the lack of a public option. That leaves a so called "ping-pong" strategy where the House can either take up and pass the Senate version of Obamacare or they can take up the Senate bill, amend it, then send it back to the Senate. The Senate would then have the same option: take up and pass or amend and send back to the House. This ping-pong between chambers can happen a few times before the issue loses steam or the bill gets sent back and forth too many times to comply with the rules of the House and Senate... full article

My Comment:

 

Time changes a lot of power base deals.  By the time the objected conferee ping pong efforts are completed, the people will have their spittle's red hot and ready to use. 
Then there is the rule change in the HCR caught by Senator Jim DeMint, that by Senate Rule calls for a 67 vote total to pass the Resolution.  That was not honored and is subject to U. S. District Court proceedings, thus moving the timeline down the road again.

 

There are now at least ten State AG's adding their name to a list of inquiry of the Constitutional premise of the HCR, in several facts of inquiry.  This is a paramount move by States to challenge the unconstitutional conduct of DC. Don't know if it has been done before but in the burning camp fires of the Patriots this is a resounding Hoorahhh~ States are waking up to their Sovereignty out of necessity.

 

Their are Caucus and other groups forming strategy to bring the HCR to Court.  The groundswell continues as the facts of the HCR fly out over hyperspace, the only place of Truth to be found and it is waking up the masses on both sides of the isle.

 

The best cure for more affordability is to have States' mandate consumer directed health plans, HSAs.

 If you add to that plan an IRA, it will empower the individual to be competitive, will provide a much lower Health plan cost by the young people contributing.  They too will get old one day.  Or states can go the capitalist route and demand you find a job to pay for your own plan.  That will entail the changing of the Tax structure so we can get jobs back to the USA, namely implementing the FairTax Plan.

 

Then there is Scott Brown, whose running in the race in MA to replace Ted Kennedy.  His ground swell went National on Sunday 12/27th and Patriots everywhere are joining up on the evident confidence that if State Senator Brown is elected, that would give the GOP a 41 vote filibuster proof. http://bit.ly/7SM0XA

 

My constant wonder is how cuffed the Inspector Generals are.  The first one to hit the fan, fired for doing his job, has left the news silent on Inspectors and all the corruption in the hyperspace, proof positive, and nothing is done. Maybe the States need to form their own watch dog AG.

 

Who know if the Stimulus money is not being used, and just not reported?  With that kind of funding, one could mastermind quite a plan of evil powermongering.

 

It is time to get the GOP on the stick and have them repent of their unconstitutional conduct, take classes on the Constitution and make it required reading for every American, classrooms most of all.

Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law... I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional.

 

 What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.  To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying.  The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.

 

The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled.

 

However, as scary as all of that it, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.

 

The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government... The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people and the businesses they own. The irony is that the Congress doesn't have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with. I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.

 

This legislation also provides for access by the appointees of the Obama administration of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.

 

If you decide not to have healthcare insurance or if you have private insurance that is not deemed "acceptable" to the "Health Choices Administrator" appointed by Obama there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a "tax" instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment.  However, that doesn't work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the "due process of law.

 

So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much out the original ten in the Bill of Rights that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn't stop there though. The 9th Amendment  that provides: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;" The 10th Amendment states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to  the States respectively, or to the people." Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.

 

I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to "be bound by oath or affirmation" to support the Constitution. If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway I would hope the American people would hold me accountable.

On Wednesday, President Obama held a news conference, which was designed to enlist public support for his universal healthcare plan. I think it is pretty safe to say that the President's remarks created more questions than he answered.

There isn't any question that there is a disconnect between the President and the American people on the issue of health care. Most Americans do not want government controlled health care. They do want lower costs.

Like most Americans, I find myself asking again and again, why the rush to adopt a national health care plan that will consume 1/6 of our federal budget? Isn't this an important issue that we should take our time on, debate fully all of the proposals being floated, and make sure that everyone, including our legislators, has a chance to read the bill?

The Obama Administration continues to say that the issue has been debated for years. That may or may not be true, but what is true is that the bills being proposed on Capitol Hill have not been debated!!! In fact, no one seems to know what is in them

The President cites as a reason for quick action, rising costs of health care. Yet even the Congressional Budget Office says the plans being offered will not decrease costs, and in fact, will increase them. Seems like a good time to get our figures straight before we try to pass any legislation...

Time is our friend here.  Any attempt to push Health Care through by the House rules will be an affront to We the People.

Constitutionally, the control of Healthcare by the Federal Government is limited.  It cannot become as Medicare is.

The Feds can however unify the States by providing the framework for private of State system to impede the undue costs within Health care.  They can end lawsuits; make mandatory HSA/IRA for anyone under age of 50 (eventually replacing Social Security);

Socially, there is not any permission by the Constitution to allow Federal Health Care.  However, States can delve into it if their Constitution allows it.  It would behoove us to center on States converting their Health care for the disadvantaged to the HSA/IRA plans.

Details are what needs cleaned up.  The placing records online can be an invasion of privacy, but so is today's world.  Make data private property and streamline healthcare, stopping duplicate services and providing greater care.

We need to divest ourselves of Federal Social programs, not add to them.  The first settlers tried the commune approach of equal distribution and they nearly starved to death due to slackers not providing their fair share.  Don't end the American dream by doing the same here, ending the ability to get ahead.
