It is not known generally today by academic historians that in 1770, the English "Constitution" did not mean what it does today. Today the English Constitution is known as whatever Parliament says it is. Not so in 1750, according to many lawyers on both sides of the Atlantic. Valid legal arguments were made that the English Constitution was a unwritten system of customary restraints on what the King and the governing body could do.

Consider Lord Camden. In 1766, he was Chief Justice of one of the central common law courts and about to become Lord Chancellor.. At that time he warned Parliament that there were steps, including taxing the American Colonies, that it could not take legally. Camden agreed with the theory of the Massachusetts lawyers: that the English Constitution was a system of customary restraints on what the King and the governing body could do. And that customary restraint made it legally improper to tax without the consent of the representatives of the English persons to be taxed. My Open Letter to Speaker Newt Gingrich~ 'Bringing Courts Back Under the Constitution'

Speaker Newt Gingrich,

In doing a quick review of, 'Bringing the Courts Back Under the Constitution', I found it a bit refreshing as the Patriot Stand on the Constitution.

As Alexander Hamilton stated in Federalist #78, the term in the U.S. Constitution,

"Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts,

shall hold their Offices during good Behavior",

points to the must of holding the interpretation of law to be the reasoning used to make it, without deference. This fundamental reasoning keeps in check the Beast on the chain, wanting to devour us, As Jefferson so clearly describes in the Declaration of Independence.

One must question what is not addressed, oligarchy abuse:

I. Commerce Clause;

II. Supremacy Clause;

III. General Welfare Clause;

IV. Imminent domain; etc.

How do you view these?  And what if the President abuse's the Presidency?

Your answers here will mean something, as well as answering why a closed border tax structure is used in open border trade?

If you are a Patriot, you will put 'We the People' First. What say you?

The RINOs are putting up smoke on the one world currency

Geithner say we should look into dropping the U.S. Dollar as the dominant currency and give credence to a one world currency, then he backed off that saying he only meant to be friendly in conversation.  Right, he is that naive.  We are being desensitized into accepting that thought of a one world currency, once these tyrants in Washington get done devaluing the Dollar.  How many trillions over the past year?

 

First Newt says that Treasury Secretary Geithner makes a stupid move to friend up to the Chinese, then Rover comes along and calls it a stumble.  Why are we being fed all this BS?  What is it that these guys are trying to do?  Could it be that they secretly want the one world currency?  Think about it.  Who came out publicly in support of the one world order while in office as President?  Bush 41.  So would it not be plausible that Bush one is for the one world currency?  And how about all the other supporters we now know are of the one world order.  Bush two, the son, Rove, the Bush two twin, Newt sitting on the couch with Hillary, George Soros which brings in the rest of the left , Romney with all his overseas investments, RNC power brokers  of 2008,  Clinton, Obama, etc.

 

Shall we now once again call those who fear the one world order to be wearing their tin foil hats, or are we going to stop being led around by the shadow behind both parties and stand up to this tyranny and get back to the Constitution.
