@10th- Professor Natelson, 'We, the Teaparty, want our Constitution back'

University of Montana Professor of Law Rob Natelson does a 10 minute video on exploring the Constitution as it is written and how it is being applied today.  I have taken some thoughts of his down and adlibbed part of his statement, within context. The Professor states,there are five Clauses that have taken us to where we are today, five clauses that are being used unconstitutionally.

 

1. Tax Clause, Article 1 Section 8 Clause : is suppose to limit federal spending, not give cart blanc

 

2. Commerce clause, Article 1 section 8 clause 3: Works in tandem with the next clause

 

3.  Article 1 section 8 last clause:The necessary and proper clause in which regulating trade with foreign entities and trade between the States has become a control over everything, from Land to Air, environmental, via the commerce clause, meant to only referee trade, not control it to even one's garden produce and use.

 

The next two clauses pertain to the ownership of Land.

4. Article 1 section 8 next to last clause: The enclave clause allows Federal Government to own DC and small tracts of land by State authorization, for a post office or Court House, not the ownership of huge tracts of land and claim to mineral rights in every State, including offshore State Property.

 

5.  Article Four: Property Clause. Presently the Federal Government owns 25% of the land in the USA. Under the Property Clause, the Federal Government was suppose to dispose of any land it held in some way, by trust or whoever.  What has happened , the Federal Government has held land and assumed control over it, though the property clause forbids it.

 

The whole purpose of the written Constitution was to restrain the Federal Government.  By ignoring it, the Federal Government has encroached onto State Sovereignty under the Constitution. You end up with the system we fought the revolutionary war to repel, get rid of, where a parliament rules, dictates to the States and each subject, the citizen. (Suddenly we see that the Sheriff now is Dictator over each State, the States.

 

We need to become a part of the Tenth Amendment movement, the teaparty and insist on Constitutional Conduct. The best way to enforce the Constitution onto the Federal Government is by the States crafting Amendments to the Constitution without the Congress help and enact them by the 37 States being a majority. 

 

The Founders knew the value of Law and crafted the Constitution from the lessons of other to become the longest Constitution to ever exist, and still today, leaving the USA, not the most free people, but among the freest.  If we don't shed the Federal Social programs, and add Healthcare, we will destroy the Union that has gave the American Citizen the longest run of liberty and Freedom on Earth.

In follow up to 'In the Midst of Evil' , 2010 is one of the most important times in world history for Humanity to get it right. Your comments and perspectives are very important! Thank you!


Honest research into any subject whether scientific, sociological, economic, or political must be unbiased.

Much of all that the collective conscientious of Humanity knows began with curiosity and questions. Discovery, often leads to more questions until enough is known from a preponderance of facts and evidence through research, for a breakthrough 'Eureka moment'.

Einstein's breakthrough on the 'Theory of Relativity' it was a long time coming before proven.

From Einstein's breakthrough came more questions that evolved into further breakthroughs in the Quantum (realm) and Nanotechnology,far beyond the 'Theory of Relativity' .

While information and technology have increased exponentially in the past 100 years as mankind's best minds reach 'quantum discoveries', the answers to the questions leading to the discoveries have always been there for a phenomenon to exist. Where it may have been 'rocket science' to researchers, it was merely common sense to where the answers came from.

In the process of discovery, research may arrive at assumptions and theory only to be disproven by facts and evidence which was always there, but either overlooked or simply denied because the truth was not what the researcher wanted to hear (at least not so matter of factly).

Much like political science research; if a researcher is only looking for answers that justify a philosophy that leans left or right or what have you, the researcher may find no basis to support his determination.Yet the cold hard fact of the matter being, the truth was always there and cannot be changed or manipulated.

To find solutions to any problem, when something isn't working according to theory, an unbiased researcher will retrace his steps to the point of completely starting over if necessary and get to the root cause, to find the solution.

Aside from earthquakes, hurricanes, and other natural phenomena, which Humanity literally has no control over, all of the world's problems; economic, environmental, social, and political are man made, created from behavior.

That being the case, the only logic to solving the problems in America and the world (dysfunctional government, broken economy, unemployment, declining morality), is to get to the root causes (ourselves) and carefully examine what is wrong and why.

Here we are at a critical political make it or break it turning point in America's history and for perhaps Humanity itself. Government is out of control, the economy is out of control, and yet like termites,'pundits' are coming out of the woodwork. The majority of radio and television talk shows from the 'left' or 'right' are parading the wisdom of their 'pundits'. In a search, Twitter users can find over 160 self proclaimed 'pundits'.

Common sense asks:

• Where were the experts before the crisis when we really needed them?
  
• Why do things have to get out of control before 'pundits' come out of the woodwork.
  
• If government which is controlled by a handful of people in comparison to 'We the People' isn't working and out of control despite the number of 'experts', then who at this juncture could believe things can get any better?
  

From a researchers perspective, its interesting when calamity raises its ugly head, Bible sales increase and people flock to church on Sunday looking for solutions to problems they could have cared less about before crisis hit home.

Meanwhile, the 'experts' and 'all the kings horses and all the kings men' (being part of the problem) rather than provide solutions, point fingers and quote other experts (perhaps in the attempt to establish credibility) ... none of whom wise enough to prevent crisis in the first place!

So, Where Are The Answers?

Not everyone is going to grasp this without 'humanizing' the situation to an extent, but just as the answers to the 'Theory of Relativity' , Quantum Physics ,the mysteries of the Universe, and Life itself, have always been there, the solutions for a dysfunctional government, collapsing economic, and global tensions are right under our noses.

When the discernment, common sense, faith, and wisdom of a child is all one needs, with pride and arrogance, the 'wisdom of today's Humanity', the 'experts' (pundits) , and 'all the kings horses and all the kings men' are simply looking for answers in all the wrong places, for all the wrong reasons.

Aristides said that on every street corner in Corinth one met a so-called wise man, who had his own solutions to the world's problems.

But God said: 'Because of this, I will once again astound these hypocrites with amazing wonders. The wisdom of the wise will pass away, and the intelligence of the intelligent will disappear.' Isaiah 29:14 New Living Translation;

'For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent' 1 Corinthians 1:19 King James Bible.

2010 November Elections

The percentage of likelihood in terms of Compound Probabilty that all the things happening on Earth at this very time as depicted in prophesies throughout the millennium should be compelling enough for anyone to conclude, despite the 'wisdom of today's Humanity', the 'experts' (pundits) , and 'all the kings horses and all the kings men' (even within the Church), that there is greater reason to believe The Bible than the failing leadership and expertise of man.

That being the case, as evidenced by the conditions of the times, the faith and wisdom of a child is greater than the collective wisdom of the world if the greatest minds and resources of 'Humanity' fail to reach solutions to common sense questions ...for generations.

Time Is Short But Not Too Late!

God says in 2 Chronicles 7:14; ' ...if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.'

What makes greater sense; listening to the promises of a politician or a promise in scripture?

November is coming quickly with problems beyond just taking control of Congress from the Democrats.

Yes, 'We the People' need to clean house in Washington and hold all our elected officials accountable as our representatives, but Republicans and all their wise men haven't kept the nation from its present condition when given the opportunity, any more than the Democrats....

my comment:

 

We the People's Constitution has been under assault for a long time.  In 1913 Congress many laws were passed and sent for Ratification of our Constitution that undermined what the Founding Fathers knew to be tyrannical and would erode our Liberties.

 

Today, there is one plan that will help the USA regain it's Free Enterprise allowing we the people the liberty to prosper and will bring the Federal Government to transparency and cause the repeal of all unconstitutional Law.  FairTax.org explains the plan of job recovery and of removing the power of lobbyists over our Congress, making the Constituents the reason service of politicians instead of the greed of bribery that lobbying does today. 

 

The recent ruling by the Supreme Court on allowing Faith based groups to openly campaign on government issues will bring back morality faster then it has departed.  With 60% believing abortion is the evil it is, this will change quickly and the repentant heart of the USA will appear and God will once again be in charge.

 

As to party affiliation, both parties have been guilty of destroying America and the movement afoot today in the teaparty is set one cleaning up the GOP by eliminating those who are for growing the national Government and bring our nation of Nations back under Constitutional rule. 

 

The protection and security of the Family is centered on the responsibility of the individual.  E Pluribus Unum, of many, one, is our motto and as the Marines say, not one individual left behind is our goal.  But:
